Patent No. US2010297430 Anti-reflective coatings (the invention relates to a processes and compositions for preparing anti-reflective coatings. Specifically claimed is a coating composition comprising (i) surface-modified nano-particles of a metal oxide, (ii) metal oxide based binder, wherein the weight ratio of metal oxide in (i) to (ii) is from 99:1 to 1:1).
